Proprietary AurumVest Content Licensing

AurumVest grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service. This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use, enabling you to explore our financial insights and tools. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the platform and its content, remain the exclusive property of AurumVest. No implicit or explicit rights are granted beyond the scope of this limited license. Any unauthorised replication, distribution, or modification of our content is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

• You are expressly forbidden from republishing, selling, renting, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting any material from the AurumVest platform without explicit prior written consent.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on the AurumVest platform for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without authorisation.
• You are prohibited from modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the AurumVest platform's software or content.

AurumVest User Obligation & Conduct Guidelines

As an AurumVest user, you bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that transpire under your account. You pledge to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to ensure its veracity. You further commit to refraining from engaging in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality or security of the AurumVest platform, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of malicious software, spam, or any unlawful content. Non-compliance with these responsibilities may lead to account suspension or termination.

AurumVest Liability & Indemnification Provisions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AurumVest and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Your use of AurumVest is at your sole risk.

AurumVest Account Discontinuation Protocols

AurumVest reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. We are not obligated to provide any data or content associated with your account upon termination. Should you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions provided within the platform interface.

Jurisdictional Authority & Legal Framework

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.
